Inactive AFPIMS Accounts

Dear AFPIMS Customers,

In an effort to reduce inactive accounts on the AFPIMS system as well as to comply with Security Control AC-2 (3) from the Risk Management Framework, we will deactivate any accounts that haven't been used in the past 90 days on August 31, 2022.

For individuals who have been deployed, on prolonged medical leave, or have guard/reserve training or other reasons for a temporary absence from website maintenance, or anyone else who needs to reactivate their account, please write to the DMA Service Desk at and the account can be reactivated within one business day upon satisfaction of conditions for AFPIMS access.
